TTPH Terms and Conditions for Philippine Members

1 Eligibility to Use TTPH

To register and maintain an active account on ttph, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the legal minimum age for gambling in the Philippines, and ttph strictly enforces this requirement.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in that capacity).
• You are accessing ttph from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law.
• You are not on any exclusion list, whether self-imposed through ttph's responsible gaming tools or imposed by a regulatory body.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close relative of an employee or director of ttph or any of its affiliated companies.

ttph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof, your account may be suspended until verification is complete.

2 Account Registration and Verification

When you register with ttph, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number.

One Account Per Person

Each person may only hold one active ttph account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be merged or closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account exists under your details, contact support immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our compliance obligations, ttph may require you to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals, granting access to higher betting limits, or activating bonus funds. Acceptable documents include a government-issued ID (passport, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID) and proof of address.

Documents must be clearly legible photographs or scans. ttph processes verification within 2 business days in most cases. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your ttph login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify ttph support immediately. We will never ask for your password through email, chat, or any unsolicited communication.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

ttph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through verified payment methods that belong to the registered account holder. Using another person's payment method — even with their permission — is not allowed.

Accepted Payment Methods

Current payment options for Philippine members include: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other participating banks), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by a Philippine bank.

Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit on ttph is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although higher-volume deposits may trigger additional verification under our anti-money laundering procedures.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• GCash / Maya: Typically within 5–30 minutes of approval.
• InstaPay bank transfer: Usually within the same business day.
• PESONet / standard bank transfer: Up to 1–2 business days.
• Visa/Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on your issuing bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ttph does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may have their own fees that are outside our control.

4 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ttph are subject to the betting rules applicable to each sport, game, or market. These rules are available on the relevant product pages. The general principles below apply across all products.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid once ttph has confirmed it with a unique bet reference number. Bets submitted but not confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors, or market suspension are considered void. The risk of connection failure lies with the member, not with ttph.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet amounts start from ₱50 on most markets. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, event, and market type. ttph reserves the right to limit or refuse bets at its discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following situations: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold; a clear and obvious error was made in setting the odds; or both parties agree the bet was placed in error. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).

Postponed Events

If an event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 72 hours of the original start time, bets will stand unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules. Events postponed beyond 72 hours will be voided and stakes returned.

Live (In-Play) Betting

Live betting markets can be suspended at any time without notice. Once a market is suspended, no new bets can be placed. Bets placed fractionally before a suspension due to network latency may be accepted or rejected at ttph's discretion based on the state of play at the time of receipt.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ttph offers a range of bonuses and promotions to members. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The general conditions below apply to all ttph bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Welcome Bonus

New members who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the ttph welcome bonus. The bonus is credited to your account after the qualifying deposit clears. Bonus funds are subject to a rollover requirement — meaning you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before it can be withdrawn as cash.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 10x). A 10x rollover on a ₱1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling ₱10,000 before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Bets that are voided, cashed out early, or placed on prohibited markets do not count toward rollover.

Bonus Abuse

ttph takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions including — but not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to clear a rollover with minimal risk, or colluding with other members on bonus plays constitute bonus abuse. Such behaviour will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to permanent account closure.

Promotion Expiry

All bonus funds and free bets have an expiry period, which is stated on each promotion page. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically and cannot be reinstated.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ttph. Violating any of these conditions may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and a permanent ban.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption.
• Money laundering or using ttph to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false identification documents during KYC verification.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ttph staff or other members.
• Attempting to access or alter another member's account without authorization.

7 Responsible Gaming

ttph is committed to providing a safe betting environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all members, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or automatic logouts after a set period of play.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a given period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account if you need a break from betting.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net result.

8 Privacy and Data Use

By using ttph, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with our legal obligations under Philippine law.

9 Limitation of Liability

ttph provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ttph's liability to any member is limited to the net funds in that member's account at the time the cause of action arises.

ttph is not liable for losses caused by: internet outages, device failures, or third-party payment processor delays; errors in sports data received from external providers; or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10 Account Termination

Termination by You

You may close your ttph account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending bets will be settled normally. After settlement, your remaining balance will be paid out via your verified withdrawal method, subject to identity verification.

Termination by TTPH

ttph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that has violated these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or serious breach of conduct, funds may be withheld pending investigation. If an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any withheld funds will be returned promptly.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about a bet settlement, account action, or any aspect of the ttph service, the first step is to contact our customer support team. Please include your account username, the relevant bet ID or transaction reference, and a clear description of the issue.

Our support team aims to resolve all disputes within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to our compliance team. We are committed to reaching a fair resolution in good faith.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought before the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ttph may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active members via email or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of ttph after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We recommend reviewing this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made.
